A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Jeju District Court on August 16, 2019 and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 16, 201

1. On December 14, 2018, at around 17:00 on December 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed property damage to the victim B; (b) had the kitchen glass in the victim B’s house located in Jeju City; (c) has broken the kitchen glass door; and (d) had the locking device installed in the said house throughout the said house; (c) had the cash amounting to KRW 20,00,000, which is the one owned by the victim and entered the said house; and (d) had the locking device.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged another person's property, invaded upon another person's residence, and stolen another person's property.

2. Around 17:00 on May 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed property damage to the victim D; (b) obtained property from the victim D in Jeju-si; and (c) destroyed property from the victim D’s house at Jeju-si; (b) destroyed the kitchen and the kitchen glass, and discovered a locking device through the body of the victim D; and (c) took away the locking device from the body of the body of the victim D; (d) there was no stolen objects.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged another person's property, intrudes another person's residence, and attempted to steals another person's property.
