A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Branch, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on January 17,

1. On October 14:29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought a house from the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu) around October 10, 2016; (b) went back to the apartment house located in the said D; (c) entered the 4th floor before the 401 entrance of the victim C; and (d) laid down the 4th floor in front of the 401 entrance of the victim C; and (c) in advance, the dricker was put in the cres of the 401 suspender; and (d) laid the dracker’s suck.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the victim and damaged the property.

2. Around October 14:28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought a house from the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul FF Group to steal the goods; (b) went back to the front of the 301 suspender where the victim E resides; (c) entered the building in front of the 301 suspender; and (d) in advance, the Defendant carried the draber in an electronic locking device in an amount equivalent to KRW 85,00,000, which is attached to the 301 suspender on possession, put the diver device in front of the market price of 85,00,000, and opened the diver device.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the victim and damaged the property.
