Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily stated in the G office’s “Confirmation Person” column of the written confirmation as “J representative director” and forged one copy of the written confirmation under the name of J’s representative director, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, by affixing the seal of the representative director of H&A, which was prepared next to the said G office, for the purpose of exercising the seal of the representative director of H&A.
