Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B
A. A. A. On October 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought a 2,000,000 won from the victim D (58 cm) farm, a person living together in Chocheon-si around October 18, 2015, and asked the victim to prepare a salt farm of the victim D (58 cm); (b) the victim refused it; (c) the victim collected each item (60 cm in length), which is a dangerous object (60 cm in length) at which he/she was located, once b) the victim’s click board; (d) the victim’s body was 3:4 times the victim’s body was 3:4 days to inflict an injury on the victim; and (d) the victim’s portable phone (b) the victim’s portable phone was plicked, and damaged the amount of repair cost by plucking it.
In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted an injury on the victim, and damaged the victim's property.
B. In around 11:00 on October 18, 2015, the Defendant injured the victim A, at the place of the above paragraph (a), and as set forth in paragraph (2), the victim A (40 years of age) assaulted F, one’s own son, and caused the victim’s left hand on one occasion, resulting in the victim’s injury to the victim at approximately four left 28 days left her hand, requiring medical treatment between approximately 28 days.
2. Defendant A was found in the victim F (19) who was the father of the Defendant’s son F (19) and the father of the Defendant, and the Defendant abused D, as described in paragraph 1(a), and sought in the above farm.
On October 18, 2015, around 10:55, the Defendant found the victim at the place indicated in paragraph 1-A, and considered the victim's father's width. The victim denied the victim's assault, and caused the victim's face twice in drinking, twice in drinking, once the victim's head is collected, and the victim's head is collected by hand, and the victim suffered injury, such as the victim's injury on the part of the victim, such as the fuckbuck and the damage on the part of the mouth, which require treatment for about one week.
