1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 270,015,068 as well as KRW 50,000,000 from January 17, 2018 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The D Bank, on December 26, 1991, set forth on April 2, 1992, the transaction period of KRW 49.9 million to the Defendant as the discount of the bill, 15% per annum of interest and discount fee rate, and 21% per annum of delay compensation rate, and loans the Defendant with the maturity of KRW 1/2,4950,00 from January 30, 1992.
