1. Facts of recognition;

A. B filed a lawsuit against the defendant et al. for the claim for reimbursement with the Daejeon District Court 2009Da8366, Jul. 8, 2009. The judgment of the court below was rendered on July 21, 1998: 17% per annum from December 30, 1997 to February 15, 1998; 25% per annum from the following day to February 15, 1998 to the date of full payment; 17% per annum from the next day to February 15, 1998 to the date of full payment; 25% per annum from the next day to February 15, 1998 to the date of full payment; 25% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; 25% per annum from the 26,587,910 to the date of full payment; 30% per annum from 25% per annum from the date of full payment.

B. On September 27, 2012, B transferred the claim for reimbursement established by the said judgment to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant claim for reimbursement”) and notified the Defendant of the transfer of the said claim around that time.

2. Determination:

A. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant acquires the claim of this case against the plaintiff, 500,000,000 won as part of the claim, 17% per annum from December 30, 1997 to February 15, 1998, 30,000 won per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, 17% per annum from January 21, 1998 to February 15, 198, 25% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and 25% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment to the day of full payment, 30,000,000 won per annum from February 4, 1998 to the day of full payment, 10,000,000 won per annum from 25% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, 10,000 to 25,005% per annum.
