When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2015, the Defendant driven Bone Star Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.087% at approximately 7 km section from the English education city near the construction site of the Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si to the front road of the large elementary school located in the same Eup/Myeon.
