1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant Kuwon Tax Office shall be dismissed.

2. The plaintiff's claim against the defendant B is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 1, 2001, the Plaintiff reported marriage with D, but reported divorce on February 15, 2013.

B. (1) On January 21, 201, D concluded a lease contract between E and E by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 35,00,000,000, monthly management fee, KRW 116,800, and the term of lease from February 7, 2011 to February 7, 2012, and completed the move-in report for resident registration on February 27, 201, respectively.

(2) On February 7, 2012, D entered into a lease agreement between E and E with regard to the instant loan of KRW 35,000,000, monthly management expenses, KRW 138,000, and the lease period from February 7, 2012 to February 6, 2013.

(3) Meanwhile, on February 27, 2012, D has completed the report on the transfer from the Loan of this case.

C. On February 6, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with E by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 35,00,000,000 per month for management expenses, and the lease period of KRW 148,00 per month for management expenses, from February 6, 2013 to February 6, 2015, and completed the move-in report for resident registration on February 27, 2013, and the fixed date on February 27, 2014.

On February 24, 2013, Defendant B entered into a lease agreement with E by setting the lease deposit of KRW 30,000,000 per lease deposit, management fee of KRW 100,00 per month, and the lease term of KRW 100,00 per month, from March 29, 2013 to March 29, 2015, and completed the move-in report and the fixed date on March 28, 2013.

E. Korea seized each F building on April 22, 2013 and June 24, 2013.

F. (1) On January 8, 2014, the Suwon District Court C, January 15, 2014, each of the instant courts G was rendered a voluntary decision to commence the auction on the F building (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”), and the F building was sold at KRW 2,277,00,000 in the instant auction procedure.

(2) On December 26, 2014, the instant auction court is the Plaintiff as a small lessee, KRW 15,000,000, Defendant B as a small lessee, KRW 15,000,000, and KRW 5.
