A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 1223]

1. On April 2, 2016, at around 12:00, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat in front of Pyeongtaek-si, which was parked by the victim D before Pyeongtaek-si, and opened a driver’s license in front of the vehicle, and carried out one copy of the victim’s land registration certificate, one motor vehicle driver’s license, one construction safety education certificate, one credit card (third) and three hundred thousand won in cash.

2. On June 3, 2016, at around 11:49, the Defendant opened and opened a driver’s seat of the HPpppp vehicle parked by the victim G in front of the Happpp 2 around Pyeongtaek-si 2, the Defendant got off one market price equivalent to 100,000 won, two credit cards, and one driver’s license.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

[2016 Highest 1475] On March 26, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the door “J” located in Pyeongtaek-do, Pyeongtaek-si I, which was not corrected, and then stolen one cash 80,000 won in that place.
