The accused shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment of innocence.
Reasons
1. No person who outlines the facts charged shall abandon a child under his/her protection and supervision, or neglect the basic protection, rearing, medical treatment and education, including food, clothing and shelter;

Article 8 of the Framework Act on Education provides that “The 6-year primary education and the 3-year secondary education shall be compulsory education.” Article 13 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act provides that “The attendance of all children or children under their care at an elementary or middle school,” and Article 68 of the same Act imposes an administrative fine not exceeding one million won in the event of non-performance of the obligation to attend school.”
Article 17 subparag. 6 of the Child Welfare Act prohibits “abandoning a child under the protection and supervision of the child or neglecting the basic protection, rearing, medical treatment and education, including food, clothing and shelter” (Article 71(1)2 of the Child Welfare Act).
The prior meaning of “defrisoning” is that the “defrisoning” does not interfere with or see,” and the “defrisoning.”
The purpose of this prior meaning and Article 1 of the Child Welfare Act is to guarantee the welfare of children so that children can be born healthy and grow up happy and safely, and Article 2 of the same Act provides that "(1) children shall be subject to any gender, age, religion, social status, property, disability, birth area, race, etc. of themselves or their parents."
