1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 26, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into the instant contract with the point where the Nonparty is a person in charge of the instant marina (hereinafter “instant marina”) located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant marina”), and made a statement as G or H referred to by the Defendant.

Between the division, the Plaintiff entered into a credit card steering agreement (hereinafter “instant agreement”) with the effect that “the Plaintiff shall provide the Defendant with a credit card steering device, provide the Defendant with a cash of KRW 20,000,000,000, and the Defendant shall achieve the total number of credit card approval numbers of at least 363,636 credit cards, but if the contract is terminated due to the Defendant’s breach of duty, the Plaintiff shall be paid twice the subsidies.”

B. At the time of entering into the instant contract, the Nonparty owned the Defendant’s business registration certificate, passbook, and driver’s license, and affixed the Defendant’s seal imprint on the instant contract, and issued a copy of the Defendant’s business registration certificate, passbook, and driver’s license to

C. After doing so, the Nonparty requested the Plaintiff to pay the subsidy directly to the customer of the instant marina, and on October 31, 2016, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 20,000,000 to the bank account in the name of the E company designated by the Nonparty.

On November 8, 2016, the Nonparty changed the name of the instant marina to “F” and operated the instant marina, and disposed of the instant store around December 2016.
