1. The reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the part of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the dismissal as follows: Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act: 【The part to be used after dismissal” was filed against the defendant on February 21, 2018, but C filed a lawsuit seeking the revocation of the above rejection disposition against the defendant on September 20, 2018, but C was dismissed at the first instance court of first instance (Seoul District Court 2018Guhap20765) and on April 17, 2019 (Seoul High Court 2018Nu23473, Busan High Court 2018).

2. As such, the lawsuit of this case is unlawful and dismissed, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
