A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 13, 2014, at around 21:30 on October 13, 2014, the Defendant ordered alcohol in the “Eda” operated by the victim D (V, 60 years of age), but listened to the victim’s speech that he does not sell alcohol in the bank from the victim, and desires the victim to “this e-mail, the same e-mail, and the same e-mail,” and the victim’s 112 report that the victim’s e-mail interfered with the victim’s multi-face business by force for about 15 minutes, such as “The victim’s e-mail, N, the report of N, and the death should not be taken,” and that the victim’s e-mail interfered with the victim’s multi-face business.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reports.

3. Around October 13, 2014, around 21:50, the Defendant insultd the victims by saying, “The victim G and H had to die, die, die, die in the front of the F police box, died in the front of 2 years, and died in the front of the F police box, after he was arrested him as a flagrant offender at the F police box office located in I at the time of the game, and was in the presence of J and K, a voluntary police officer working for the police support.”
