1. The Defendant’s KRW 41,935,670 as well as 6% per annum from February 21, 2019 to January 22, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 11, 2008, the Defendant was a corporation established for the purpose of the construction, development, management and operation of real estate in the Yongsan-si complex C (Y Da) complex, and the construction, sale and lease of buildings, etc., and newly constructed “F”, which is a sports, sale, cultural, and assembly facility of the second and nine floors above the ground in the land in Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, Yangyang-si, the ownership of the high city, (hereinafter “instant building”). On March 7, 2013, the Defendant completed registration of the preservation of ownership as to the sectioneded building of the instant building.

B. From April 15, 2013 to April 14, 2028, the Defendant agreed to contribute the instant building at the beginning to Goyang, and set the period from April 15, 201 to April 14, 2028, the so-called “lease-Out” of the partitioned building of the instant building. On March 23, 2011, the Defendant leased the No. H No. 584,60,000 to G, April 30, 201, the amount of No. 706,500,000, and L No. 628,80,000, and the amount of No. 584,600,000, and the amount of No. 500,500,000,000 to K on July 5, 2011 to P No. 40,000,000

(hereinafter the above five sections are combined with each other, and "the store of this case" is referred to as "the store of this case").

On January 15, 2014, the Defendant borrowed the instant store from G, I, K, M, andO on a five-year period from February 21, 2014 for the purpose of leasing the instant store to the Plaintiff. The deposit and monthly rent set forth in each sub-lease contract (hereinafter referred to as “the instant sub-lease contract”) are as follows.

1) H-H - Deposit of KRW 20 million, monthly rent of KRW 2.8 million (excluding value-added tax), KRW 2.8 million, KRW 3.4 million, KRW 3.4 million (excluding value-added tax) L - Deposit of KRW 20 million, KRW 3.4 million in monthly rent of KRW 3.4 million (excluding value-added tax) N - Deposit of KRW 20 million, KRW 3.2 million in monthly rent of KRW 3.2 million (excluding value-added tax), KRW 5 million in monthly rent of KRW 20 million, and KRW 2.8 million in monthly rent of KRW 2.8 million (excluding value-added tax), the Plaintiff used this case’s store in DF sports round from the Defendant before it was sold for the purpose of Q clothes.
