Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is the actual owner and the captain of a fishing vessel B (7.93 tons) in the west-si Coast Complex (7.93 tons).

피고인은 2020. 6. 18. 15:55 경 충남 서산시 대산읍 벌 말 선착장에서 고 동( 일명 삐뚤이) 4.5 톤을 고파도에 있는 양식장으로 운반하기 위해 위 B에 옮겨 싣기 시작하였다.
