1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 1,480,594 and KRW 391,074 among them.

Facts of recognition

A. The Plaintiff is a general taxi transport business entity that employs the Defendant and operates a taxi passenger business in Kimpo-si, as the owner of BYF YF rocketing business (hereinafter “instant taxi”).

B. On March 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven the instant taxi and driven along three lanes in front of the Kimpo-si apartment, followed by three-lanes; (b) was going through from the rear side of the moving direction, and there was an intersection in which only green, yellow, and red yellow lamps are installed (hereinafter “instant intersection”); and (c) the signal signal of the instant intersection was a straighten signal of green, and there was a straighten signal in the opposite direction even if he was not allowed to walk in the opposite direction, the Defendant caused an accident (hereinafter “accident”). At the end, the Defendant caused an accident (hereinafter “victim”).

C. The instant accident is the front direction of the instant taxi, and the front part of the vehicle was considerably damaged, and the headlights and the headlights of the driver’s seat were also destroyed and damaged, thereby requiring repair.

The Plaintiff itself purchased parts of the part destroyed by the instant taxi and repaired the damaged part (hereinafter “the instant self-repair”), and resumed the operation of the instant taxi from March 7, 2016.

E. After the instant self-repair, there was a need for re-repair, such as the occurrence of a flab in the string, etc., due to the pressed framework in the course of operating the instant taxi, but the Plaintiff continued to operate the instant taxi without any re-repair, which was submitted by the F.C. on June 1, 2016 due to the company’s circumstances.
