A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:50 on July 3, 2017, the Defendant made a public performance and obscene act, such as discovering the victim C (at least 31 years of age), following the victim’s back, and opening the Defendant’s bomer and scambling his sexual organ, etc.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. At around 22:00 on May 28, 2019, the Defendant discovered the victim E (n, 20 years of age) residing on the two floors of the Do Officetel in the Yannam-gu, Yandong-gu, the Defendant, following the victim’s joint signature, opened the entrance door and opened the entrance, and opened the entrance, and opened the entrance to the victim’s residence, and did not enter the victim’s residence by promptly cutting the entrance door and correcting it.

Accordingly, the Defendant invaded the victim’s residence in front of the residence through the common view of the victim’s residence against the victim’s will, thereby impairing the peace of the victim’s residence.

B. On November 27, 2019, at around 20:40, the Defendant found the Victim G (or 21 years of age) residing in the Ftel in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the two floors, and entered the joint site following the Victim’s order, and then the victim opened the entrance door from the elevator and opened the entrance, and then opened the entrance, which was not corrected immediately following the victim’s entrance, and opened the entrance into the victim’s residence. However, the Defendant did not enter the victim’s residence by discovering the entrance and correcting the entrance from the inside of the sulfur residence.

Accordingly, the Defendant invaded the victim’s residence in front of the residence through the common view of the victim’s residence against the victim’s will, thereby impairing the peace of the victim’s residence.
