A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the “C” NAVAC.

1. On March 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s body against the victim’s will, by taking the victim’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, by taking the victim’s body, with his/her cell phone name, which has a camera function at the mutual influence of the date in spring in spring; and (b) posted a copy of the victim’s photograph taken on the victim’s body on the “training post” bulletin board in the above C C C camera, at around 04:35, on March 21, 2015.

2. On May 20, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) entered the Security Department in order to put in the toilet partitions for women, who have been abandoned in the toilet column in the event site for women and women, installed at the event site during the festival period of the E University located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public toilets to satisfy his sexual desire.
