Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant filed a complaint against the Defendant’s spouse’s traffic accident management at the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central Police Station, 40-10, 3:00, and requested C to present the documents related to the said traffic accident.

The above C showed the defendant's written statement of traffic accident occurrence prepared by the defendant's spouse, and the defendant tried to affix a photograph to "not prepared by her husband".
