1. As to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 52,875,00 and KRW 47,875,00 among them, the Defendant (Counterclaim Defendant) shall have the effect on November 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. Upon the delayed payment of rent C during the above existing lease period, the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with C to the effect that: (a) on July 4, 2014, the lessee would be either the Plaintiff, F, and G; and (b) three existing leased stores of C would be increased to five terms as indicated below; and (c) the existing lease agreement would be replaced by the new lease contract deposit to be concluded.

However, the Plaintiff and the Defendant prepared a lease agreement regarding the above lease agreement (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”), and the date on which the date on which the lease agreement was prepared is actually prepared is “1 January 1, 2014, which is the date prior to the conclusion of the instant lease agreement,” and written a lease agreement, the lease period of which is KRW 48 months from January 1, 2014, and the aggregate of the lease deposit amount of KRW 85 million, and on July 25, 2014.
