On November 26, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Franchi Support in the Suwon District Court, and on February 6, 2014, the former District Court sentenced three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the former District Court on November 13, 2016.
