Punishment of the crime
“Around July 26, 2018, the Defendant was transferred KRW 1,00,000 from the victim’s G bank account (number: H) in the name of the Defendant on the same day on the same day, on the ground that he/she falsely stated that he/she would act as an agent for the victim F by accessing the building No. 3 in Ansan-si, the Defendant’s house in the Defendant’s house to “twitter” and “Kakaook” with a mobile phone from the Defendant’s house in the Defendant’s house in the Defendant’s house in the Defendant’s house.
