Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from November 2013 to June 17, 2014, the Defendant installed a wall without obtaining permission to divert farmland of approximately 2,000 square meters in the total area of 4,905 square meters in Kim Jong-si from around November 2013 to around June 17, 2014, and diverted farmland without permission.
