1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The first instance court.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 10, 1964, the land category of the said land was changed to the land category on November 3, 1969, 1) I divided into 505 square meters in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul into 89, 2, 31 square meters in E paddy-gu, 385 square meters, and 2, the land was offered to the general public for a road connecting the public located on the south side of the land. Accordingly, the land was used as a road connecting the land and the Seoul Western-gu, Seoul Western-gu, 203 square meters in a road connected to the land to the public.
3) On April 7, 197, the said land was divided into: (2) 2-1 E 6 and 2-2 B 25 square meters; (2) 20 square meters for E 20 square meters and 20 square meters for E 20 square meters for E 20 square meters on October 20, 1978; and (2) 83 square meters for B 83 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).
(4) On June 5, 1973, the land category of the above land was changed to a site. On April 7, 1977, the F large 385 square meters was divided into three: three-1 F large 386 square meters and three-2 G large 249 square meters, and the conversion was made between three-1 F large 450 square meters and three-2 G large 823 square meters on October 197.
5) The defendant on January 7, 1988 (wholly amended by Act No. 4381 of May 31, 1991; hereinafter the same shall apply)
