Defendant
On August 28, 2014, A was sentenced to 8 won of imprisonment for larceny by the Incheon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Incheon Detention Center on November 25, 2014, and on April 27, 2016, A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for violation of the Narcotics Control Act (fence) at the Suwon Manner, and the sentence became final and conclusive on May 5, 2016.

Defendant and the above C and D were released at a similar time on November 2014, but thereafter they were detained in court after D and they were tried at the same time. Defendant and C were asked to deliver D’s driver’s license copy, power of attorney, etc. from D and C received request from D to them, and they conspired to use D’s loan and use D’s name for living expenses.
