A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 18, 2020, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) on the water surface of “D” operated by the victim C at Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si (hereinafter “D”); and (b) on the water surface of “D” operated by the victim C; (c) on the part of the victim, the Defendant went away from the victim’s market value, which is one ton of the market value, in which the victim owns the victim; and (d) on the part of the victim, the Defendant did not take the victim’s vehicle at the time and did not take a theft and attempted to take a theft.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, was issued about 19 tons of old interest worth KRW 113,820,000 at the market price by deceiving the victim, namely, by deceiving the victim.
