Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, respectively.
, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, without a fixed residence, had been sleeped in Gyeyangsan, and had sleeped on another’s body, etc. at night in order to raise living expenses. Defendant A had a mind to steals property.
around 03:00 on May 9, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D, and committed the theft with a pipe of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,00,000 at the market price of the victim owned by the victim, who intrudes into the warehouse beyond the fenced by the victim D in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with a pipe of the same amount equivalent to KRW 1,00,000.
From that time to June 26, 2013, the Defendant corrected “6,370,000 won” in the aggregate column of attached Table I from that time as “5,650,000 won”.
The total market value of KRW 5,650,000 was stolen on seven occasions as described above.
B. At around 03:30 on June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded a pipe set up at the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with a 240,000 g 1 g, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located at the same place; (b) around 03:30 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim F with a pipe set up at the same place, which was in front of the H high water operated by the Victim F in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; and (c) took a theft of the Defendant’s 2480,000 g g 30,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located at that place. (d) At around 03:30, 2013, the Defendant took a theft of the Defendant’s H high water operated by the Victim F in Incheon-gu.
3. On July 11, 2013, at around 03:28, the Defendant: (a) cut off the door door of a warehouse, which was placed on the water above the cover of the H high body operated by the Victim F in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu G, and intruded into a warehouse by cutting off the door door of the warehouse, which was located on the water above the cover; (b) however, the Defendant did not go to an attempted attempt by the police officer who was dispatched to the scene upon receiving a brupt report.
C. The Defendant is under the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-guJ around 03:00 among June 2013.
