Punishment of the crime

On August 2014, Defendant A conspiredd to exchange points that he/she acquired through the game against Party B and his/her children operating the I Entertainment room located in the Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and against Party C and his/her children, the said entertainment room, “Yemulponess” and “Araan spah” games.

According to such public offering, Defendant A exchanged the coophones issued by customers from around August 2014 to October 20, 2014 with a face value of 9,000 won per 10,000 won, Defendant A received the coophones from around October 21, 2014 to around October 28, 201, and had B, B, and C deduct the relevant points as much as they want to be exchanged using the computer installed in the cooter, and then exchanged the points deducted to customers for KRW 9,000 per 10,000.

As a result, Defendant A was engaged in the business of exchanging results obtained through the use of game products in collusion with B and C.
