Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 2014, Defendant A, along with the insane, installed a “sea-free game” game machine in the operation of the said entertainment room. On the commencement of the game, Defendant A had the game play a game by means of friendly performance, example, and smoke according to the automatic performance, and performance of the game. Defendant A exchanged the scores acquired through the game in cash, and Defendant A had the players exchange the scores acquired through the game in the above entertainment room, and Defendant A work, such as cleaning the said entertainment room, cleaning the heart and exchanging the money to the customers.
As a result, Defendant A was engaged in the business of exchanging points obtained through the use of game products in collusion with the needy parties.
2. Defendant A and the Defendants, together with F, recruited to operate the illegal game room in the “H amusement room” located in the 2nd G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as well as the F, Defendant B actually operated the above amusement room, such as the purchase of a game machine, the management of the game room, etc., and F, the role of the president of the branch, and Defendant A recruited to operate the illegal game room by taking charge of the customer guidance, the heart, and the exchange.
From July 31, 2015 to August 6, 2015, Defendants: (a) installed the “H amusement room” in the said “H amusement room; (b) Defendant B installed the 40 game for the “sea-to-sea-to-sea” game, which is a speculative machine not classified; (c) had customers perform the game by obtaining specific points according to the appearance of automatic progress, example and chain functions; and (d) have customers exchange the points they acquired through the game in cash; and (e) Defendant A will perform activities such as cleaning and exchange the heart of customers, and F will be the president of the Republic of Korea.
As a result, the Defendants provided game products not classified by F in collusion with F for use by customers and obtained points through the use of game products.
