A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

3,610,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On February 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received from C a request from a seller of Mepta, and transferred KRW 1,990,000 to E’s deposit account used by D, the seller of Mepta, and subsequently received and traded baggage, approximately 4g of psychotropic drugs sent by D from G baggage counter located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 20, 2013, and purchased them.

2. At around 11:00 on March 2, 2013, the Defendant accepted approximately 0.4g of the Mepta-mincs, as the case where C and J meta-mins purchased at the I Sports Mar. 2, 2013 business establishment located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan H, as the case where C and J meta-mins and purchased Mepta-mins from J, and purchased Mepta-mins from J.

3. Around 19:00 on March 2, 2013, the Defendant placed approximately 0.1g of mert cambamins in a disposable-use car parking lot in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government KK building, and melted them in the water and administered them to the blood transfusion, and melting them in the water.

4. On March 3, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of Mepta, at the same place as the above 3.3.

5. On March 13, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of Mepta in the same place as the above 3.3.

6. On March 17, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g m. of Metepia in the same place as the above 3.3m. at the same time as above.

7. Around March 25, 2013, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,800,000 to E’s deposit account used by D as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1., and subsequently, around March 27, 2013, received and traded the baggage concealed approximately 4g of the Meteptopian’s deposit account as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1.

8. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00, placed in the Han River Water Site located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongjak-gu; and (b) paid from M in the car for the car of Han River.
