A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:0 on May 7, 2015, the victim victim C had intruded into a living room through a multi-use room window, where the gas pipeline located on the outer wall of the building was laid up, at the victim’s house located in the Dayang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, at around 312 and 202, and stolen the victim’s house by using a multi-use room window, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 480,000,000, the victim’s market price of KRW 10,000,000; (b) one 10,000,000 won per market price; and (c) one 1,000,000 won per lot card; and (d) two 3,00,000,000,000 won per annum.

2. On May 15, 2015, around 03:00 on May 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s house with D apartment 108 203 dong 203, Namyang-si, with a multi-use room window, where the gas pipeline located on the outer wall of the building and opened up the room; (b) 82,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (c) CHASE Cze Card; (d) 1 in City bank Cze Card; (d) one in City bank credit card; and (e) one in City 400,000,00 in the market price.

3. Night theft against victim F;

A. At around 03:00 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded the gas pipes on the outer wall of the building in a multi-use room, which was opened up on the outside wall of the building, to the kitchen; and (b) stolen the wall with one 50,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim and was placed on his/her table.

B. On May 16, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant intruded the instant victim’s house by the said method, and stolen it with one cash 12,000 won, which was owned by the victim, and one handbags with the market price of 450,000 won, where the market price is unknown, and one handbags with one handbags equivalent to 450,000 won.
