A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 19, 2013 to February 24, 2013 of the same month, the Defendant, in collaboration with D, E, F, G, and H from the office of “C” company run by the Defendant in Gangnam-si B, committed assault and intimidation against I, J, and was unable to return to I, due to the early recovery of the amount equivalent to KRW 130 million from the vehicle purchase funds in which I participated, and the Defendant was unable to leave from the office of the said “C company” or forced accompanying the said “C company,” and there was a witness to confinement I, and J until the recovery of the amount equivalent to the above money.

On April 10, 2014, the Defendant appeared at the court of Daegu District Court No. 31 located in Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 364, as a witness of the above case, such as violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint confinement) against D, E, F, G, and H (Joint Confinement) at the above court, and taken an oath. On the fourth single presiding judge of the above court of the case being tried, the Defendant appeared at the trial of the above case,

(a) a witness bears the testimony that “A statement that E, D considers that it is reasonable to judge whether I and J is followed” in the prosecutor’s question, “I and J, after confirming that it is true and stated as stated at the time of the investigation by an investigative agency, it is appropriate to sign and seal it;” and

(b) the testimony that “I will not present this question at the time of the C Company’s office of “I or J” to the counsel’s question “I or J.”;

(c) the testimony that “at the time G or H was in the same way to receive money by threatening I or J,” the defense counsel’s question that “I or H is required to require G or H to pay the money to I orJ” is that “I orJ is not absolute, this is not this.”

(d) At all times, I have made all other persons except 'I' and K.
