Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2013, from around 01:00 to 03:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered one bicycle rider in front of the separate department store, set up in the bicycle storage room in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) caused the damage of the bicycle with a locked method using the gap in the victim’s absence; and (c) destroyed and stolen the bicycle lock by using the gap in the absence of the victim.
