Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from the head of the team in the name and incompeting organization to offer and deliver a passbook or card to be used for telephone financial fraud, was willing to commit an offense in collusion with the above “head of the team”.

1.
