Criminal facts

On July 15, 201, the defendant and the applicant for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as "defendants") were sentenced to imprisonment for seven months for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act in the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Busan Branch on July 15, 201, and there is a habit that inhales substances, the same criminal power of which is more than three times and which are likely to be abused or harmful.

1. At around 20:00 on January 3, 2013, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances over 4-5 hours in a manner of inserting cambling 2-3 with an industrial main mocoke, which is a hallucinogenic substance purchased at a steel store in the vicinity of camba-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 206.

2. At around 11:00 on January 4, 2013, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances over 4-5 hours at the above C Inns 206, the Defendant: (a) putting 2-3 of an industrial key ocoke, an industrial key to Toluene, purchased at the nearby steel water shop, in a conspiracy to a vinyl fluor; and (b) sprinked them into the entrance.

3. At around 10:00 on January 5, 2013, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances over two to three hours at the entrance of the Defendant, putting 2-3 of an industrial key ocoke, an industrial key to Toluene, purchased at a steel tank, in the vicinity of a steel tank, in a conspiracy to a vinyl string, and bread in a croke at the entrance thereof.

Defendant needs to receive medical treatment at a medical treatment and custody facility and is in danger of recidivism.
