An appeal shall be dismissed.
Reasons
The appellant's appeal of this case is clear that it is an objection against the party member's decision on the correction case of 83 seconds17 dated May 19, 1983. Thus, since the decision of the Supreme Court is a final decision and thus it is not possible to appeal, it is not possible to dismiss the appeal of this case without examining the grounds for appeal of this case.
It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating judges.
