A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 3, 2015 to July 22, 2015, the Defendant operated an officetel entertainment business establishment in the name of “C” under the name of “B02 and B03, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si,” and arranged commercial sex acts by raising profits of KRW 20,100,000 for the above period, by raising the profits of female employees, work book, commercial sex acts service content and reservation number E on the Internet site “D”, by posting them on “D”, and by using F (23 years of age) as a condition to receive KRW 80,000 for each customer and sexual intercourse, from the visitors who reported the above advertisement, to receive KRW 130,00 per hour in return for commercial sex acts.
