Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "D" in Seo-gu, Busan, and E is an employee in charge of a guest act in the above business establishment.

The Defendant and E conspired to offer 10% of the money received by the Defendant in return for sexual intercourse with female employees in exchange for sexual intercourse with the Defendant and to engage in sexual intercourse brokerage business. On May 14, 2015, the Defendant and E directed the unspecific male grandchildren who were around the said business establishment to the effect that “I will do so in 130,000 won in 130,000 won in 1.0 won in 130,000 won in her place of business.”

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with E to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
