Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year in six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to intrusion on a structure at night, larceny, etc. in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch on April 19, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 27, 2017, and
1. On September 5, 2017, the Defendant stolen Samsung Smartphone (100,000,000 won) with one free meal service center located in the five North Korean-ro culture, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan (19:0) around September 5, 2017.
2. On September 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of a structure at night; (b) around 05:18, Sept. 7, 2017, at a restaurant operated by the victim D, the victim D, who was located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (c) completed the operation of the business; (d) opened a window that was not locked by any cresh in the surrounding area; and (e) intruded into the cresh; and (e) stolen the 4 C, the victim’s market price owned by the victim, which was kept in the air conditioners, was at least 16,00 won.
3. On September 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in a restaurant operated by the victim E in the middle-time Yasan-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si in the middle-time of September 2017, the Defendant: (b) went away from his/her business; (c) went away from his/her business; and (d) went into the entrance; (d) went into the entrance; and (e) went into the entrance; and (e) cut off the entrance, he/she took 10 knife the victim’s market price of KRW 40,00,000, which was located there.
