Criminal facts

On January 24, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and two months for fraud in the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on January 12, 2020.

1. On March 2, 2020, the Defendant, against the victim B, sent the same attitude that the victim B would normally pay food and drinking value at the “Dcafeteria” operated by the victim B in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and ordered the victim to drink and drinking.

2. On March 2, 2020, the criminal defendant ordered the victim to provide alcohol and drinking.

However, the defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he received drinking and food from the victim because he did not have certain income or assets and did not have any money in water.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received food and alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 40,000 in total, including one spawn, one spawn, one spawn, and one spawn.
