A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 5, 2013, the Defendant submitted a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would faithfully pay the Defendant rent of KRW 688,90,00 per month on the face of the lease for 60 months,” and that “The Defendant would receive a certificate of employment issued in D and KRW 3,300,000 per month from the income tax source collection for Class A’s wage and salary income.”

However, in fact, the Defendant was planning to sell the above vehicle immediately after delivery, and was an employee who was not the head of the site at the time, and did not work properly due to health problems at the time, and the monthly average income was less than KRW 1.5 million. 2. On December 5, 2013, at a place where it is impossible to know, the Defendant made a false statement to the Korea Savings Bank Co., Ltd. located in the Dongcheon-dong, 520-1, Busan Metropolitan City and submitted a copy of a written statement of employment certificate, loan application, personal information inquiry, personal information identification card, only KRW 10,50,000 to the head of the Tong/Si/Gun transaction transaction passbook.

However, the defendant was an employee who is not the head of the site.
