Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan of KRW 10,000,000 from the side of the loan capital from a corporation to a corporation; (b) obtained a loan of KRW 10,000 to the Defendant; and (c) established a collateral security on a vehicle with a secured bond of KRW 10,000,000 on a monthly basis; and (d) made a payment on the 11st day of each month at a 60-month basis; (b) the principal was written on the side of the loan capital from EF loan and the confirmation of loan transaction under the conditions of free repayment; (c) paid only once interest from February 17, 2015 to March 11, 2015.

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant transferred the credit received from the Defendant to the original loan of Orion Capital Co., Ltd., and the original loan of Orion Capital Co., Ltd. was transferred and changed to the original register of automobile registration, and the Defendant acquired the credit by mail on January 5, 2016, but the Defendant did not pay interest on the Defendant’s domicile. However, the Defendant sent the certificate of the content on April 19, 2016 that compulsory measures should be taken against the secured vehicle.

Therefore, the Defendant received the claim for the loan of KRW 10 million from the Defendant’s original loan to the Defendant-owned vehicle in the Defendant-owned vehicle, but did not pay the agreed interest on the loan, and the Defendant concealed the owned vehicle (Cland Catho vehicle) which was the object of another’s right, thereby hindering the victim-owned company from exercising its right to collect the claim (including KRW 9,99,356 and interest, KRW 13,542,338, including KRW 13,542,338).
