Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who rents a commercial automobile of a passenger transport service provider shall use it for transport with compensation;
B concluded an agreement with C, etc. to arrange sirens whenever there is demand from tourists, and upon entering the request of a siren from a travelr, etc., the Defendant provided good offices to the Defendant, and the Defendant promised to receive the remainder of money after deducting part of the transportation charges from B, using the DNA Lone Star vehicle that is operated by leasing from a siren company, and deducting part of the transportation charges from the service charges.
On April 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) contacted around 07:20 on April 29, 2018, that there was a customer requesting a siren from B; (b) provided two Chinese tourists under the name in front of the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul; (c) additionally issued two Chinese tourists under the name in front of the F in front of the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul; and (d) transported 2 Chinese tourists under the name in front of the F in front of the said day to the airport of Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to the first passenger terminal of the Incheon International Airport; and (b) received KRW 67,500 from B of the said day to the G bank account in the name of the Defendant.
B. On May 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 08:30 on May 1, 2018, 2018, carried two persons, including H, on the said vehicle at the insane area of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the Gangnam-gu, Seoul); (b) transported 2,00,00,000 won from H to the account in the name of the Defendant, to the Incheon Jung-gu Airport No. 1 Passenger Terminal No. 272 Incheon International Airport No. 1. 3; and
C. On May 14, 2018, the Defendant was contacted by around 22:01, May 14, 2018, that there was a customer requesting a siren from B, and transported to the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport No. 1 Passenger Terminal No. 272 Incheon Jung-gu, four Chinese nationals on his/her name in front of the exit port No. 9 of the Incheon International Airport No. 1 Passenger Terminal No. 272, and transported to the Seoul Jung-gu I and the same GuJ.
2. A person who has violated the Motor Vehicle Management Act is a motor vehicle which has been tubes or tubes without obtaining approval from the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu;
