Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Co-defendant F is a person responsible for the transportation of an organization that imports gold from China to Korea using a large number of travelers introduced by his father, who are high school students, in Chinese nationality, who reside in the Chinese Republic of China. Defendant A is a Chinese resident in the Chinese Republic of China, Defendant B is a Chinese resident in the Chinese Republic of China, Defendant C is a Chinese resident in the Chinese Republic of China, Defendant C is a Chinese resident in the Chinese Republic of China, Defendant D is a Chinese resident in the Chinese Republic of China, Defendant D is a Chinese resident in the Chinese Republic of China, and Defendant E is a transportation of transportation from Defendant F to Korea.

When the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree are to be exported, imported or returned, such goods shall be reported to the head of a customs office.

1. At around 19:00 on July 31, 2018, Defendant A entered the Incheon International Airport via M in the Chinese Syll of 19:00, while wearing a pent-type gold sheet (95.03g, market price 4,615,132 won) from F via E, Defendant A was sealed by means of delivering the said gold to F from the 1 passenger terminal B entrance port of Incheon International Airport, by means of a disguised act with personal funeral goods and passing the search stand.

Accordingly, the defendant imported money without reporting it to the customs collector in collusion with F.

2. At around 19:00 on July 31, 2018, Defendant B entered the Incheon International Airport via M in the Chinese Syll of 19:00, while wearing a pented-type gold sheet (4,722,461 won) from F via E in his body, used the pent-type pent-type pent-type pent-type pent-type pent-type pent-type pent-type pent-type pent-type Sheet to be personal funeral goods and passed the search stand in a disguised manner with personal funeral goods, and imported the money in a manner of delivering the said money from F outside the 1 passenger terminal B entrance port of Incheon International Airport.
