Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the above fine is not paid, the defendant shall be the defendant for seven days.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was working as a social worker from September 15, 2014 to December 20, 2015 at the E medical care center for the operation of D in C at three times.

While the defendant was performing the management of the above medical care center, the draft and management of the program for the operation of the medical care center, the preparation of a written agreement for admission to the medical care center and a detailed statement of the amount of money and valuables for the above service, he was in custody of the seal of D, which is the head of the facility for the above service, without obtaining D's approval, and without obtaining D's approval, he voluntarily issued a donation receipt for the defendant's donation.
