1. The defendant shall pay 32,842,700 won to the plaintiff and 24,729,180 won from January 5, 2020 to the day of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff’s claim display is one of the collection duties such as the maintenance, management, and official expenses of the building as the Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government A commercial building management body.

The Defendant, a sectional owner of the 1st floor C-D in the said A commercial building, among them, sold Category C-E on January 3, 2018, and F-G calls were left left in the factory room as of January 3, 2018. The F-G calls did not pay management expenses, etc. from March 3, 2017 to April 2019. As of May 30, 2019, the base unpaid management expenses, etc. were paid for KRW 24,729,180, late payment charges, KRW 8,113,520, and KRW 32,842,700.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 32,842,70 won in total with the above unpaid management fees and late payment fees and 24,729,180 won in total with 12% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the delivery of the copy of the application for the payment order of this case to the day of full payment.
