Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2015, at around 22:36, the Defendant driven a B food vehicle with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration of 0.060%, while under the influence of alcohol, from the front of the Han River basin in the vicinity of the Han River basin in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front road of the same Sincheon-gu Park 39 (Sadong, High Village Apartment).
