Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2013, at around 23:08, the Defendant driven a Category B spectrum car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 300 meters from a place where it is impossible to know about the surrounding Korean Peninsula in the Han River basin in Ansan-si, the Han River basin in the same Gu to the front of the Central Drown-dong, the Defendant driven a Category B C car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.12%.
