1. Defendant Nan District Housing Association: (a) from March 14, 2019 to February 14, 2020 with respect to each of the Plaintiffs’ respective 70,000 won and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendants’ status 1) Defendant Nan District Housing Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”)
In the East Sea, Q apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”) is located in the P Complex in the P Complex in the East Sea.
(2) The Defendant OO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) was established for the purpose of real estate development business, and was in charge of the instant apartment sales business, etc. as the agent of the Defendant Co., Ltd. as the agent of the Defendant Co., Ltd. as the company established for the purpose of real estate development business.
B. The Plaintiffs, upon entering into a membership agreement with the Defendant Union and obtaining the consent of the Defendant Union, were either a member of the membership agreement with the Defendant Union or a successor to the status of the member or the purchaser from the first member of the membership agreement with the Defendant Union (hereinafter “the agreement between the first member and the Defendant Union”) and the highest floor of each apartment unit of the instant apartment units from the Defendant Union.

C. The AJ Co., Ltd, a contractor, implemented the construction of the instant apartment on July 12, 2018. The Defendant Co., Ltd., a contractor, had obtained approval for the use of the instant apartment on or before July 28, 2018, and several buyers occupied the instant apartment on or before August 28, 2018. (2) There is a set of lots only on the top floor among the entire households of the instant apartment. However, at the time of the preliminary inspection of the instant apartment, the instant apartment is set up on the instant multi-storys.
