1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a regional housing association established to carry out the business of newly constructing and selling the apartment of this case on the parcel outside Gwangju Northern-gu C and one parcel.
The plaintiff is a member of the defendant who entered into a membership agreement with the defendant and purchased the apartment house of this case 104 Dong 402 as follows.

The Defendant decided to construct the instant apartment as “six-dong 456 households” (hereinafter “instant project plan”)
(A) On March 7, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a membership agreement with the Defendant and received the sale of the instant apartment Nos. 402, 104, 2015.

The Defendant’s membership classification 1) According to the Defendant’s membership agreement and the Defendant’s rules, the Defendant’s association members can be classified as follows (Evidence 2). The classified association members are classified as follows: (a) the lower-rises below the fourth floor (hereinafter “low-rises designated household”) upon joining the Defendant as a member of the designated household.
